Next day take this water and gargle. The August tree has antiseptic properties that remove the germs and bacteria from your gums. This can reduce the bleeding in your gums.

Take ½ teaspoon of baking soda and mix it in water. Now using this water, you should gargle. Alternatively, mix baking soda with water and make it a normal paste. Now apply this paste to your gums. Keep this mixture under sunlight for two days. Neem has astringent properties that reduce irritation in your gums. Now using this oil, you should do oil pulling. Keep your chin facing upwards while oil pulling. Keep this oil in your mouth for 10 minutes and don’t split it immediately.

2.11 Triphala Powder

Triphala(Three fruits) powder helps with your gum problems as it has anti-inflammatory properties. This powder contains a combination of three fruits. One is Indian gooseberry or amla which is rich in vitamin C, second is Terminalia Bellirica, which has high anti-inflammatory properties, third is Terminalia Chebula, which is rich in vitamin C, magnesium, and potassium.
